"The hotel is in a brilliant location. All the staff were very welcoming, friendly & helpful - front desk, cleaning staff & the waiters. We had a problem with the A/C in our room & needed to move rooms - this was all sorted very promptly. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. We had a lovely few days in Mannheim."

"The hotel itself was nice, clean and comfortable. They say there’s parking, but aren’t clear about where. I parked (illegally) and ran inside to find out where we could park. There was a line at reception so I asked the guy working at the bar about parking (it wasn’t opened yet). He said questions should go to reception and walked away.
