We are located at the most premium location of Manali city i.e. Log Huts Area. During peak season traffic jam is a common problem in whole Manali. Regarding drivers accommodation, We have mentioned very clearly that drivers accommodation is not available and neither confirmed by us. But lot of dormitories are available nearby which can be booked by the guest separately. We regret the inconvenience caused to you during your stay with us. During winters specially in minus temperature service gets little slow. We really sorry if expired toiletries were given. As far as cleaning is concern you have to press make my room button while you go out between 10 am to 6 pm, if you forget to press cleaning will not be done.
