"Overall the island was very satisfying and staff were very accommodating. The food has big portion for lunch and the buffet had great selections. The only downfall i would say will be the flies. While i do understand that it is an island on its own, however when we were at the pool or having meal, we literally had to use one hand to just get the flies out of the way, this really was demotivated us in enjoying the meal . "

"Amazing island, beautiful friendly staff. The rooms are clean, stylish and very close to the ocean. I have been to Fiji 5 times and this was the best of all the resorts and islands I’ve stayed at. The food is really good- reasonable price and fantastic for all of us including the kids. Get over to the tiny private Mociu island which only Malolo and Likuliku guests can use. "This was our second holiday here. The food was even better than we hoped. The resort is beautiful with a decent pool, and the sea is nice to swim in. We did a snorkeling trip near the island and there was plenty of coral and fish. The resort kindly organized our transfers to get to the resort as this can look daunting to understand."

"The Nakelo Resort was absolutely fantastic and surprised us with so many things to do. From going on a daily boat trip to feed the fish and snorkel, to daily activities like cocktail making and feeding turtles to mini golf and tepanyaki it was the perfect place to stay with little ones. "The hut on the beach was beautiful. New, spacious and a good size bathroom. The property itself was very nice. Lots of snorkeling spots, sandy beaches and very pretty to walk around. The only negatives were the cost of transportation (boat) to the island was extremely pricy ($350 CAD return for 2) and the food was beyond terrible. Even though we weren’t there as long as we’d wanted to be (due to our schedule, nothing about the hotel), the staff went out of their way to make everything spectacular. "We had a great time staying at the funky fish! Accommodation worked really well for our group of young students. We also really enjoyed the food, and the drinks selection was great too! There were some really fun activities on offer, and I would definitely encourage taking advantage of these- we really enjoyed going to Cloud 9 and having a day trip to Musket Cove! "
