"Had an enjoyable short break at the Maple Lodge. Hosts were very friendly including the cats and dogs. Lodge was cozy, clean and had all the amenities you need. Bed was comfortable and slept well after all the walking and trekking. WiFi was intermittent and could probably do with a boost but it did not ruin our stay as we were out exploring the surrounding area most of the day. "Cottage is ideally placed for exploring the Cotswolds, in a very quiet village. It was very comfortable and well equipped kitchen, a few cobwebs, but overall cleanliness was good. The garden was enclosed and great for the dog, the grass was very long, so made it a bit more difficult to clean up after him (would have been perfect if grass was shorter). "

"Lovely, well equipped property in beautiful, peaceful location, but only short drive to pubs for good food and nearby Monmouth - lovely town with great selection of supermarkets and individual shops and eateries. Beware the 2 speed bumps on your final approach to the property. Would definitely stay here again. "

"April cottage was very charming. It was spacious and clean. The free parking was great and convenient and there's a market within easy walking distance. While staying here, we visited both the Blenheim Palace and Oxford University. Everything from checking in to checking out was super easy. They even left some shortbread cookies and milk for us. All and all it was a great experience."

"We spent three nights at this amazing little cottage. Prior to arrival we were given a key code for accessing the property, but the owner was outside to see us. The owners were at the end of the phone but did not bother us at all. There was milk, bread, butter and a delicious home baked cake left for us. The cottage was quaint and generally clean and tidy. However, the shower needs a bit of attention as it was grimy around the tiles and seal. The extractor needed a good hoover as was thick...
