"Die Fincaanlage ist etwas abgelegen, was wir aber wussten. Dadurch hat man seine Ruhe, hört nicht ein einziges Auto und ist weit weg vom lauten Touristengeschehen. Alles wirkt recht neu und ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Morgens wird man vom krähenden Hahn geweckt. Das Frühstück wird von zwei sehr netten Damen zubereitet und ist wirklich sehr vielfältig und abwechslungsreich. Es gibt Kaffee auf Wunsch und frisch gepressten Orangensaft. "Beautiful hotel! Service in our opinion was not on par with other 5 star hotels we stayed at on the island - no offer to help with bags at check in, slow service at the bar and restaurant, and no poolside service. We were given a pool facing upgrade which we were very appreciative of - however it was an adjoining room - there is an inch of space between the bottom of the door and the floor and you can hear everything from the neighbouring room. Limited menu options available for food allergies....

"We had a very nice and comfortable room with an outdoor seating area. A good breakfast was included. If for some reason the hotel is locked up and no one answers when you ring the number on the door, go across the street to the bar. They'll contact the owner for you."
