"This is a very comfortable hotel in a great location. The room we had was spacious. The seating area over-looking the atrium was gorgeous. Restaurants had gorgeous views and excellent food."

"Great location and staff. rooms are fine, the reception, halls and exterior are tired but all perfectly functional. Nice restaurants and bars within hotel. The Pool and Spa are a bit of hassle to get in, you actually have to leave the main building and go outside, changing facilities are small and it’s a bit of a hassle to sign in and out but pool is nice once you are in. "

"A classic seaside hotel with its own little bar and restaurant. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Local kippers for breakfast was a treat, as was a pint of nicely kept cask ale before retiring to bed. "

"The room was clean and tidy. Paint on one of the walls was peeling and the shower did have some black between the tiles. Bed was comfomfortable and there was plenty of tea and coffee available. Only saw the staff when leaving but were very polite. "

"Lift not in use. Booked before we knew. Main reason we booked as both of us struggle with stairs. Booked through hotels .com. and they state lift not in use overnight. My fault as i didn't check on the hotel site. They did show lift out of action. Lesson learnt. Bathroom very small and dated. Room basic as expected, clean and had kettle etc. Breakfast was included. Juice,cereal, bacon etc. Very good. Asked for a slight change and it was no problem. Delia the lady was amazing. Nothing too much...

"Great location. Staff were extremely nice and professional. Just note there are no actual outdoor balconies here, the photos are of indoor balconies which was the oddest thing Id ever seen. The balcony was in the middle of the building facing the open walkway corridor of the rooms opposite so you cant go to sleep wirh the curtains opening hoping that daylight will wake you natrually unless you want those across from you seeing you walking in your PJs."

"It was a wonderful stay in a beautiful coastal town of Port Erin, the hosts were welcoming and friendly. "

"We had perfect 3 day stay with attention to every detail by the staff. The very traditional hotel had many original features and I would be hard pressed to find any criticisms. My wife and I were both equally happy with our stay."
