"The hotel is in close proximity to the masjid (around 5 mins) so very convenient. The hotel is very modern and maintained to a very high standard. The pictures you see online is what you will see in real life. They have a prayer room available and the hotel room has speakers connected to the masjid. The staff are very friendly and professional, especially housekeeping, baggage handlers and restaurant staff. You have everything you need in the room including TV, kettle, fridge, water, hairdryer, iron, baby cot if you request one. My room was kept very clean and maintained by the hotel staff daily. The breakfast /restaurant buffet was excellent and had all cuisines to keep everyone satisfied. They even catered for children too so great for families with fussy eaters. The staff were friendly. In particular, Junaid Alam was super friendly and helpful and was there if we needed anything from the breakfast area. We had our baby with us and he was always helpful in trying to find a suitable table and bring along a high chair for us. Overall, I would highly recommend staying in this hotel. It exceeded our expectations and we look forward to staying here again inshAllah."

"The location of hotel is absolutely amazing, 3min away from HARAM / KAABA. The staff are very friendly ,welcoming and helpful. Even the customer relations department keeps calling me to know if we need something and check on our stay. The food is tasty ( even if few options because I’m vegetarian ). Just the parking is little bit hard so we park before the tunnel and it’s free . At the check out they send us with a hotel car to the parking where I put my car . Thanks guys See you soon "
