I called for room service and was told to call back in 5 mins, so I did & the 2nd call was again I was told to call back. "I was scheduled to stay just one night, but due to the cancellation of my cruise, I stayed an additional night. They were extremely helpful. I was able to use their phone (toll free) and make arrangements with their assistance. They offered a warm, caring atmosphere in my time of stress. Andry, the day manager, and Andre, the Manager/Owner were the BEST! I would definitely stay there again if I had the chance."

"The shuttle drive was easy to locate, pleasant and friendly. I arrived off early 6 am flight, I was dissatisfied that although my room was ready, I had to pay 40 dollars to access it before noon. Also hotel site says 24 hr check in? So why charge more? That's not ethical, same when my onward flight departed midnight, extra 40 dollars for late check out, but hotel did not have any incoming booking. Staff very helpful.
