"Room , bath and common areas not clean at all Smoking smell in room. Both Staff members were friendly an professional. Wae up service was perfect. Check in area was good. Property description mentioned airport shutlle included. I interpret it as room price includes transportation and i don’t have to pay separately. But they said it’s not free and i have to pay extra. "The room provided initially upon check in was terrible. It was not cleaned from previous use and was a different room then booked. After a formal complaint they gave us right room. It was a very stressful situation to negotiate with them. The property was advertised as having free shuttle airport pickup, but they charged us INR 675 towards airport pickup. They also advertise as breakfast included, but it doesn't appear it is complement."

"This was a real mixed bag. We chose it because it was near the airport and reasonably priced. We arrived at the property at around 2:30 a.m. and the rooms were not ready. Wi-fi service was available about 50% of our stay. Staff for the most part was friendly and helpful, especially with transportation issues. Located on a narrow street with a good deal of traffic. Noise throughout the night, especially if on the street side."

"The staff was friendly and accommodating and gave me an early check in after a long international flight which was awesome! Breakfast Buffet is 200 Rupees which seemed fine and the chai was wonderful. Unlovable=no windows in the room, intermittent Wifi, the reception said to dial 9 for help but the phone in the room doesn't work, bathroom has mothballs in the sink which smell up the whole room, only 1 power outlet had live electricity which was in the bathroom. Basically it was like camping...
