"Beach is very nice."

"Beautiful views of the sea from the Ocean-view rooms! Staff, notably Alessandra the concierge, was very friendly and helpful! It was very windy during our stay, so the sargassum/seaweed built up horribly right in front of the hotel, but walking down the malecon a few blocks gets you to a really nice beach area. Lots of restaurants to choose from including the one at the hotel which served decent food and drinks. I would definitely recommend this area and hotel to others."

"Pros: Visual architecture is beautiful...very organic looking ! Located close to everything in the town, playa, malacon...easy walks...plenty of eating places. Parking is mostly on street but, easy to find and safe. Clean linen everyday...big walk-in showers...artistic ceiling treatment. Cons: Rooms are sparse and, unfortunately, bathrooms smelled slightly of sewer. Overhead shower spray was weak, irregular, and non-adjustable;"

"Modern hotel with good decor and good location to enjoy Mahahual. The beach was so calming and this hotel was a remarkable option. Food at Malecón 21 was very good (some were outstanding dishes). Service was good, but few times could have been better."

"It’s sold as a hotel room. This is a hostal. One women toilet/shower for everybody. My room door in the middle of the community kitchen. Very strong humidity smell in the room."
