"Stayed at the hotel for 3 nights in September as a base to visit Paris. Was greeted by friendly staff on reception. Room was clean. Breakfast available. Water station in lobby to fill up your water bottles for days out which was great! Only gripe was that bed was quite uncomfortable due to being a sofa bed? Ideal base for exploring Paris. Metro line 1 is 5 min walk. Within reach of all main landmarks within half an hour. Wished we’d have had time to explore local area more as plenty shops and...

"A true 4 star property. Stayed for 8 nights and was told my room would be only cleaned/serviced once, mid-week…however, it was never cleaned for the entire 8 nights. Towels were flimsy and this was made obvious compared to the rest of the finishes which reflected a true 4 star quality. Room had a kitchen with dish soap/sponges/dishes/pots/utensils/dish washer/etc. No paper towels were provided. Staff was friendly and I was able to secure an early checkin for an additional fee. "Unit was very sparse, lacked storage space, counter space for cooking, basic kitchen items (knife, wine glasses). Only had 30ml bottle of dish soap. When asked front desk for more they said they only give one per stay, but we stayed a week. Young woman who worked front desk, never made eye contact or said hello."

"Loved the property it was out of the city and took about 40 mins to an 1hr to get to any one of the tourists locations. Look kinda sketchy outside but its a very nice area. I was on the hiway side and with both windows close couldn't hear anything. Very diverse neighborhood. Staff were very patience with customers and could communicate in English ...highly recommend "

"V. Good shower. Kitchen stove and utensils are very good and sufficient. Good amenities. However, Stairs to lift too steep n difficult to bring heavy luggage. It would be good if lift could be in ground floor. Room cleaning needed for daily. Spring mattress hurts the back. After a long trip, better bed cushions would make our stay even better.
