Bengali food lovers can consider the place
It is near to Bengali souk where the most shops and restaurants are Bangladeshi. According to the price the hotel is considering good hotel although it is little bit far from the PROPHET mosque.

Clean & reasonable price but a bit far from masjid
A bit far from masjid al haram. The receptionist was at first very busy helping others who spoke his language then when he started with us he was very confused with our online booking and despite of showing our ID proofs, passport and visa copy(he asked for these documents), he was unable to find us. He found another person and was checking us in on his name for 3 days. Took us almost 40-45 minutes or maybe an hour. There’s a 100 SAR security deposit at the time of check in.

The hotel was neat and clean and in a very quite neighborhood at a ten to twelve minutes walk to the Haram Sharif. Staff at the front desk understand English and the check in was easy. Two challenges, one their Wifi work in the lobby only and you have to ask for room make up, otherwise they won't do it. Rest it was a true value for money.

Terrible Experience, we got there at 11.30 waited 4hrs to check in. Front desk guest service was Rude his name is abdulaziz, he didn’t care at all. No empty for us even though we travelled all the way from North America. He said you must wait for 4pm IAM BUSY CANT CHECK YOU IN. It’s Far from Al Haram, you have to walk 20minutes to get there. WIFE DOESNT WORK IN THE ROOMS. Expedia not sure why you have them on your site ? We paid for service that we never received. Not happy at all. Will not book again through Expedia.

About 15 minutes from the Haram. This is good property for a single person who will be spending most of the time in the Haram. The neighborhood is not very clean and towards more humble side. A constant smell is noticeable as soon as you reach your floor. Basic property just to keep luggage and spend a few hours. Be aware that one of the switches on the bathroom wall is for the water heater and is not marked. I turned it off while leaving one day and had cold water for the whole day until they told me about it.
