"The property was okay. The pictures always look better than in reality. Staff was nice and helpful for the most part. I wish the windows had screens so we could open them at night but we couldn’t because of mosquitoes per the staff. "

"It was horrible. Nothing was as advertised. Unclean, an uncaring staff. The windows didn't lock. the room was up 3 flights of stairs so dark you couldn't see during the day. And they kept turning the lights off. no breakfast unless you get up at 5 am"

"We had a room with River view it’s beautiful….they come to pick us from the train station it’s 7 mn walk from the hotel , we had the best massage , the best diner, the best breakfast..the peoples working there, they do anything to help you just ask 🙏we will definitely recommend and come back again .Thankyou to all . "A lovely hotel. Our room overlooked the river and was quiet while being a one minute walk (if that) to the action. The staff was great and took our bags to the train station and met us 30 minutes before departure. I highly recommend!"
