"Amazing guest service. Hotel is older though (scratched floors, old furniture, coffee stains on side tables) Bed and pillows (and bedding) really need an upgrade. We asked for 2 softer pillow after my body was aching and they only had one of the harder thin pillows left. A little upgrade for a luxury ..."
