"The Hotel Golf Mar is dated it's true but it's also clean, peaceful & has multiple dining options. The ocean view rooms with balconies are great you can sit & watch the sunset & go to sleep listening to the sound of the sea against the rocks perfect. If you feel so inclined the spa services are fab I had a 30 minute detox facial & a 20 minute relaxing & stress releasing neck,shoulder & back massage I highly recommend them both. The staff are amazing almost all the staff members I came into contact with spoke or understood enough English for us to communicate effectively which is great as my very limited Portuguese wouldn't have gotten us very far."
