"Staff spoke little English but were helpful when assistance was needed. Family room was spacious. However the sofa bed was uncomfortable and cannot be sleep on. Sore spine and terrible pain. Definitely not recommended for sleeping. "

"Very bad experience for staying this hotel. Even it’s non smoking floor, it’s smoking smell everywhere. Bad smoking smell in the room and also the blanket and pillows. My kids kept complaining and do not want to stay there. "

"We love the decorations and atmosphere at the hotel. Hotel and area is clean and safe. Very convenient to go around. Staffs are friendly. Very nice to have complimentary mini bar items available. The only complain I had was I woken up by 2 phone calls at almost 1am. Someone called us by mistake, looking for a wrong person and interrupted my sleep. The soundproof to the hallway is not good as well. I can hear people talking, walking and opening their doors. Breakfast is delicious and the...
