"The location of the hotel is right in the city centre with tons of restaurants nearby. The only thing we didn't like was the breakfast, very limited option of food such as jam and no honey. It's more targetted towards Asian clients, not for westerners."

"The room I had was clean and spacious. The surrounding area was quiet and safe. The staff was helpful and nice. There is no convenient public transport, but there were taxis when we needed one and there are some stores nearby. I appreciated having bottled water in my room every day."

"The hotel and it’s location are great (only few minute away from the ferry too) Our only two complaints would be the smoking smell in our room (non smoking) always present but stronger during the evening (felt it was coming through the ventilation). The second one would be the lack of local breakfast items whereas there were plenty of western options. It would have been great to see the local food more represented."

"Staff spoke little English but were helpful when assistance was needed. Family room was spacious. However the sofa bed was uncomfortable and cannot be sleep on. Sore spine and terrible pain. Definitely not recommended for sleeping. "
