Sadly very dissapointed. The hotel outside is very rundown. I was shocked that the pictures on the sight was absolutely not true to the reality of where we slept. I had an upgrade which I paid for only to find that it was a room interleading to another room and was so noisy. The doors were broken and just so run down. Very very dissapointed.

Amazing facilities included free with the stay....spa facilities, swimming pool, steam room, sauna, pitch and putt, tennis, outfdoor pool, and big Traditional grounds toxwalk round. Room was dated and needs a refurb, but was clean and everyhing worked and bed was very comfortable Good selection at breakfast both menu and buffet options! Only a 20 min walk into Lymington, which is amazing! I would definitely stays here again

We loved the location of the property. The grounds and outdoor swimming pool were beautiful. We requested a first floor room and received a ground floor. Picked this hotel as it looks like it has a load of character, so was a bit disappointed with the room, which was in a square annex separate to the hotel with zero charm! Room itself was large and clean. Enjoyed both the restaurant and bar and had a lovely meal.
