"The property is okay. It is advertised with "fast Wi-Fi connection" but we can't even use the WiFi when we were staying there. We booked the place cause it was the hotel nearest to the place we are visiting and it we need the fast internet connection. We called the front desk to report the issue, they mentioned they will try to do something to fix it. After an hour, still can't use the WiFi. Then the front desk staff mentioned, that we should be reminded that the WiFi is just a complimentary and...

"Very nice hotel. Property was clean and very cute. Walkways to rooms very uneven so if you have balance issues could be a slight problem. Room very nice, comfortable. Air on worked well. I was not paying attention to the fact that it is not in El Nido proper, so I didn't get enough time to actually enjoy it, but I do highly recommend staying here if a hideaway cabin literally on the beach and away from civilization is what you are looking for"

"Initially had a family room but staff were able to give me queen room after 2 nights so that was great. It is a comfortable budget hotel with a free breakfast. The only thing I would mention is the breakfast is cold each morning. Staff were great though and very helpful. "

"A good value. Hot water shower, air conditioning, cable TV, comfortable bed, and backup generator (used during periodic "brown outs".) Their restaurant is closed but there are three nearby restaurants that are good. Two within easy walking distance and the third is quickly reached by tricycle (local transport). "Cute property. Very accessible to restaurants, bars and shopping. Also beach where you meet for tours A-D close by. Room extremely small. Aircon good. WiFi did not work in our room but worked in lobby area. Area had couches and chairs so not a problem. At night could hear music while in our room, but they offer earplugs. Overall enjoyable stay. "

"Each time we are in Manila we always stay here in City Garden Makati because we feel like home, specially the food that they serve in breakfast, and not only that, that staff that works in the dining are so helpful and ver attentive to our needs, I would like to mention the people that help us to make our stay easy are Queeny, Fhebie, Tojean, CJ , Neil, Cruze, Keith, Chef Gerald and Chef Jojo for the delicious food they prepare each day. And also our door man, Benson and the rest, couldn’t memorize all the names but they are all friendly and helpful!! We feel safe here because know some of the staff already. We will definitely stay here again. This time we stayed here for the whole month of February And we also invited our friends to stay here with us and they also liked it here!! Good job City Garden hotel staff!!!👏👏👏 "

"I enjoyed my stay in the hotel with my hubby for a week. The room is not modern but clean. The carpet is old but it’s ok. The service, staff and foods, excellent. There is shuttle bus from the Heritage Hotel to MOA, very convenient. I will consider to stay here on my next holiday,"

"If I come to Coron again. I will most definitely stay here. The price is well worth the quality and atmosphere. Great view from our balcony. And the staff were beyond superb. There’s a breakfast buffet in the package that goes with the room, and it was first class."
