"It is a very peaceful place for a quiet holiday. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The food however was poor. All there was to offer was Tanjin beef/chicken/veg. Nothing more. Got tired of it after the 1st time i had it. Its fine for 1 day but nothing more than that. They need to offer their guest more especially when there's no other place to dine nearby."

"The resort has makings of a Four Seasons but still need to improve their level of service and consistent room cleanliness - one of our two rooms had a roach, one other room they left one glass and a kettle and nothing else! And no one answers the front desk phone! "When staying at this road you are made to feel at home and part of the family. Rooms are a good size; beds are comfortable and the desk was useful. Breakfast was tasty and they endeavoured to provide foods to suit each guest. Presentation and variety of food was lovely. Great appreciation to Meryam for her kindness during our stay. "Such a beautiful place with extremely nice staff and homemade style breakfast! Just as a heads up, they do keep the main door to the building locked which is great for security but not always the most convenient. However we did not have to wait more than a minute for someone to come open the door each time we left."

Hotel Riu Tikida Palmeraie - All Inclusive

"I had the pleasure of visiting Riu Tikida Palmerai during my stay in January. The weather was perfect for sun bathing at around 20-25 degrees most days along with offering amazing facilities like football, volleyball and table tennis. The gardens in the hotel are beautiful even as someone who doesn’t appreciate scenery these were a must look. I honestly don’t understand why people complain about the food obviously it’s not restaurant level but it does the job, they rotate some food on a daily basis and you can choose from the three restaurants in the evening but you also have to try some spots outside of the hotel, as the Moroccan food cannot be missed! The only thing I could fault from the hotel is the employees seemed a bit boring not really showing much emotion but that isn’t an issue that should turn you away as the hotel offers way more than what it’s valued out and you should definitely give it a try if your visiting the beautiful country of Morocco."

"We spent a week in this lovely place. The rooms were a little small, however very comfortable with a beautiful bathroom and Moroccan style. The reception offers a nice resting place. Highlights from our stay: very friendly and helpful reception; very nice riads (two); great Moroccan breakfast (included in room fare) served on the terrace and changing every morning; a one minute walk to Jemaa El Fna market; small grocery stand a half minute away. Do not get let down by the small street to access the hotel as it does not reflect the beauty and great value of the hotel. I very strongly recommend the Riad Marraplace. "

"I booked this Riad/Hotel because of the Expedia reviews being so positive. I would have agreed with all the great reviews. Staff is very friendly and helpful with places to see and dine. They will take the time to welcome you with Moroccan Tea and treats and provide important information for your stay in Marrakech. I especially love the snack bag provided when I took excursions and my trip to airport. All staff from doormen, reception, and waiters were all pleasant and greeted you everyday. Riad was a quick walk to main square and various souks within the Medina. I would definitely recommend this hotel for quiet location that is close to everything. Thank you for a fantastic stay and making me feel very welcome."

Best place to stay with family

"Accomodation was far better than i expected. Its a new property. Staff were friendly. If i remember his name was Yaseed. He took care of our requests. The other guy came to me to show me shop nearby. Flat had a fridge, over, kitchen utensils, washing machine... Huge space for a family. I am really impressed with my stay. The flat was at Palmier near to a pizza shop called Cucina Napoli. And also walkable distance from Palmier clinique(if someone wants to get taxi from Railway station). Thank you Palmier residence for your hospitality."
