"The hotel exceeded all our expectations during our stay in March 2025, when we rented a family apartment. Its location is excellent, and the apartment itself features a fresh designer renovation. Coffee capsules were constantly replenished, and the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking meals. "Die Unterkunft hat für uns sehr gut gepasst, wir waren mit Hund in einem Appartment. Es liegt zentral, in wenigen Minuten erreicht man die Kolonaden. Das Treppenhaus wirkt zunächst bescheiden, das Appartment ist neu renoviert, großzügig und sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war während der Woche ok, zum Wochenende hin gab es leckere Sachen. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld lief etwas problematisch, Hotels com hat geholfen, danke. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen."

"The room changed just before arriving not for better. We agreed, needed a place to stay. Got a spare key, paid a deposit what was to pay back when returning. The key was returned as promised, the deposit not. I have asked it several times now. The impression they left is not nice."

"We chose this place because of the location. Our granddaughter and her hockey team were at the hotel across the street. There were a few things that didn’t work for us - no plug in for the second bathroom and no mirror for example but over all the stay was great. There was laundry service in the reception area. It is a pay for use and was fairly expensive but so convenient. There is no on site restaurant but there are several with in walking distance "
