"Such a nice place tucked away near downtown Rodgers. Anything you need within 1 mile to either walk or drive. Dedicated parking space provided, wonderful hosts, and if you want to do some Mtn biking check out the free 2 hour Demo Rides on e-bikes or regular Mtn bikes at YT Bikes in Bentonville (Young & Talented). And you can have a free beer or soda at the bike shop after your ride —> pretty sweet set up. "

"Let’s start by saying that it’s a nice place. Recently remodeled little farm house on the edge of Belle Vista. But that is about where it stops. When you turn on the tap water, be prepared for a very strong odor of sulphur/crude. It’s awful. I noticed in our “welcome” email it said it had been remedied. It has not. "Older building with older designs and furnishings. Very interesting layout. Looks like they made the rental on the front side of a bigger building as an afterthought. The master bedroom has a shower built right into the room and a cubby hole with a pull curtain for the commode. There is no range or stove, just a microwave, in the tiny kitchen. "We had THE best time in this cozy, traditional with a splash of modern, cabin. We made great use of the tub and it's jets overlooking the gorgeous view of the lake. The staff was super helpful.
