"The staff was couteous and helpful. Everything worked (heating and air conditioning), the plumbing all worked...and those might seem like basic, obvious expectations. "No tv, towels or pillowcases. We had 3 people and we only received 2 towels and pillowcases after I called the office. We only had 2 pillows. The room was really dirty even though the office said it was cleaned. It was just a cheap place to take a shower and sleep. "

"I waited at checkin for 15 minutes before the manager drove up and opened the door. I was given two cheap sorry towel to take to the room. No washcloth. I got settled in the room and there was no remote control for the TV. I called the front desk. No answer. The smoke alarm chirped all night. No answer from the front desk. This was the worst motel I have stayed at in a long time. "
