"The apartment is well-located, just a 5 minute walk to the Edgware Road tube station. You can go to most of the main attractions from there on the Circle Line. The apartment is on a quiet street. The beds are comfortable and having two bathrooms made things easy for my family. There are also a few grocery stores nearby. We were able to have breakfast in the apt. before heading out for the day. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. "

"The furniture was below standard. The bed was super uncomfortable, pillows too stiff and the sofa was torn and worn down. Would not recommend to a friend. Bathroom and kitchen were okay. "

"The location is convenient and I loved how straightforward it was to get in. Just using door codes etc. But that was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. And the whole place felt very dirty and uncared for. I think they greatly improve the property by make some small improvements to the furniture, bed & overall vibe."

"Communication with the team was excellent from booking to post departure - property was exactly what we needed, 2 adults and 2 young children (7&4) - property is a very short walk from Vauxhall over & underground from which the city is easily accessible. Tesco express closeby too for a wee coffee fix early doors too and any other goods you may need - in summary - would I book again? Yes, without doubt!"

"The staff was great getting going and arranging our key etc. but we arrived at the property to the shower door hanging off- took 3 of us to make it work although not perfectly; no soap only shampoo so that too a trip to the store, No spatula so cooking was a challenge, then we found a slow slimy leak under the kitchen sink and in the morning the door to the street was notable to lock. I notified the main office, but it wasn't fixed the entire time we were there. The neighborhood was ok during...

"We really enjoyed our stay at Stayo Southbank! Having an entire apartment with all basic home amenities was super convenient. All the appliances worked well, the only thing missing were forms of cutlery. There were signs of a little wear and tear which is to be expected for a hotel but it was still a very comfortable and wonderful stay. I would definitely book a stay there again! "
