"We stayed for the London landmarks half marathon, as a member of park plaza, we got an upgrade on the room! Which was a nice high floor! Unfortunately it was facing another room! The room wasn’t serviced during our two nights stay, the bed was okay but seemed like a double. Breakfast was expensive but wasn’t really worth the £25pp. The staff for the bar were great!"

"A functional hotel with interior design of rooms carefully planned to maximise use of limited space. En-suite not designed for the overly rotund! Good wi-fi. Comfortable bed and adequate TV (which I would happily have traded for a courtesy tray and kettle). The lack of natural light would have been unacceptable for a longer stay even though the surroundings are far from picturesque. Like all London hotels the premium price is owing to the London location rather than the calibre of the hotel."
