"I have booked this room for my daughter for her first night stay after wedding. Approaching road is horrible. Even after my special request to little décor the room they have just provide with cake and welcome card. Total 8 rooms are there they didn't serve the dinner in room after special request. "We had booked a room with an extra person and therefore an extra bed. They never gave the extra bed. The room was also not clean. The bathroom door did not close all the way. Overall absolutely not the 4-star hotel that it claims to be. I'd give it a level of 2 star."
