"Deni has an exceptional character as he followed up with me from the moment the reservation was made till my arrival. He was just right there. "Amazing hotel and, especially, staff. Everyone in the staff, including the front desk representatives, breakfast staff, and cleaning team, was excellent. "Thus hotel is outstanding. As we joined a spiritual journey to Medjugorje, we knew we would be busy and in need of comfort.
