"I cannot rate this hotel highly enough. The staff were superbly professional and polite - they showed us to our room before formally checking us in so we could get settled while they worked away, thought this was a nice touch. Free, secure underground parking for our motorcycle too. The restaurant & food was excellent and the new addition of the bar is very nice. Also the free spa was terrific! "Very comfortable and modern hotel by Livigno standards. It is truly ski-in ski-out, right next to the ski lifts at the ski resort. Regarding the negative points, the bar and restaurant had few staff members, who were sometimes in a bad mood, and the service was slow."

"It’s a very simple hotel in the center of the village, with a very basic breakfast selection (if you want orange juice, they charge EUR 5.5). It’s not ski-in ski-out, the shower is very small, there’s no minibar, and the room temperature control wasn’t working. The staff were very attentive"
