Liverpool Hotels with Hot Tubs

"Very happy with the stay, a great location for bars and pubs etc, there is parking , but it is restricted to 1.8meters , I just wish the site said the measurements as the vehicle I had was 1.9 so was abit annoying but did find a NCP carpark close by, I did message and try to call prior but didn’t get a response. "Was there to celebrate my mums birthday 7 people in total in 2 rooms, everything was fine but would have preferred a walk-in shower as my mum can’t get into bath but not available. Receptionist very friendly and helpful but on Friday came back to pickup cases and queue was out the door thankfully a member of restaurant staff got me the cases so didn’t have to stand in queue."

"The staff were friendly and helpful. The waiter who served us dinner on the evening of 22nd March was particularly helpful and very professional. The room although a little dated was of a good size. The room was clean and the house keeping ensured the room was refreshed on the 22nd March. My only concern was that a significant number of boys, possibly there due to a football event were not supervised appropriately by the adults, who were obviously responsible for them.
