"We booked 3rooms for my cousins wedding in November, and we arrived around 3am after our check in date (much later time than we expected to arrive due to a hiccup on the road). Thus our reservation was automatically cancelled and charged as a no show. We were so worried and tired, but the hotel staff that helped us check in, was so helpful and reassured us everything will be ok. He was able to retrieve our reservations and check us in with no issues. Customer service was amazing. Rooms were clean and beautiful. Housekeeping was also so helpful with anything we needed. "
