"I enjoyed my 5 night stay. Definitely not a 4 star hotel. I would put it at 3.5 stars. The staff was amazing. Super friendly, helpful with everything and even gave me a free late checkout till 2pm. Good options for a complimentary breakfast. Gym could use a few more weights, but manageable. Not much within walking distance, but there was a super market just outside and laundry mat plus the metro was right outside the hotel and the center is very close, cheap to get to and easy to navigate. "Staff was excellent, friendly and helpful. Stayed for 3 nights initially, traveled outside Lisbon for a few days and returned for a last night before departure home. Hotel sent us a bottle of wine and pastries as a thank you. Restaurant had good food. Very clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend this hotel."
