"The hotel looked great from the outside. Inside reception was also nice but carpet on stairs a bit grubby, but dogs were allowed in the hotel so not a surprise. Reception staff amazing, extremely helpful, kind & nothing was too much trouble. The same can be said about the breakfast staff & cleaners, a really professional & helpful team. "The room was comfortable and the bathroom nice. The hallway was a bit noisy in the morning as the cleaning staff went about their business - not really able to sleep in. breakfast was really good. Front desk staff nice. Staff in the spa was not helpful or friendly - in my opinion, a phone call should not take priority over three couples standing in line. But generally, a very good place to stay."

"Lovely hotel. Beds were a little firm but still slept ok. Very clean and lovely touches like the cleaning staff putting my child’s cuddly toys propped on the pillow. Lovely outside terrace area. "Our flight was a little delayed so we arrived at the hotel a little late. The receptionist was very friendly and offered us water as it was a long journey. We checked into our room (there was 4 of us), and we couldn't have asked for a better room. Spacious, clean and comfortable beds. Good size bathroom as well with a power shower. The only drawback to the bathroom is that it needed hooks behind the bathroom door to hang clothes, but it was a minor inconvenience. Breakfast was also very good...
