"Jayden, Megan and Shawn were friendly and helpful and kind. The hotel is very very old but beautiful and the beds clean and comfortable. The hotel is right in the water so you fall asleep to water lapping at the walls. The hotel is also super convenient as it is right next to the main shopping street. ..."

Loved it! Peerie Cafe excellent breakfast, Fudge Shop great, String Cafe ok, if a little pricey, Golden Coach, lovely Chinese meal. Easy to get around, locals friendly and helpful.

A couple of nice restaurants in the town centre - Ghurka Kitchen for one. Harbour views are lovely. Spotted some seals, and the wildlife on the cliffs at Sumburgh is amazing. The museum is well worth a visit too.
