"I did a last minute booking and had a good stay. The staff here are very friendly and willing to help. The rooms, however, do not look like the pictures online. Once I checked in and noticed the difference, I was allowed to see another room but stayed with what I had. I think, for a spa location, I was expecting more bang for the buck. "Overall it was a nice hotel. The room was not soundproof, and being on the first floor meant hearing people in the dinning room/restaurant as well as other people in rooms. Not a modern hotel, but it was clean, which is always good. Reception was great, and house keeping were great too. "
