"Check in desk staff were friendly, efficient and provided lots of useful information. Our ocean view with 2 queen beds and view of ocean/pool was just as shown on the booking web page, well organized, well maintained and mostly quiet on an upper floor as we had requested. Leinith, our dedicated and creative housekeeper was outstanding. She was there working every day of our stay. She kept our room clean and created amazing folded animals from face towels, and other common clean toiletries, fabrics and flowers in the room. Creative skills well beyond the hard and important work of cleaning and organizing that she also did so well. Janice on the evening shift in the Brickstone's Restaurant was also top notch serving, recommending and making us feel fully on vacation. The pool restaurant and bar staff were always friendly and quick to take and deliver our orders. The team in the pool towel/equipment window was always happy, organized and efficient t and ready with a quick joke of the day. The valet team was always friendly and willing to call us a cab and to tag and watch our bags on the last day after checkout. The Only 2 negatives that we can think of were: There was one floor above us and there were loud thumping noises at 11p-1a for the last few nights of our stay. Issues with periodic sewer odors all along the coastline from Palm Beach down to Eagle Beach due to island overbuilding and inadequate wastewater treatment capacity to handle the population load. "

"We had a very nice stay. We had great rooms with an ocean view, and the beach really cannot be beat. It’s just steps from your room, and the water and sand are beautiful. We took long walks down the beach; it’s hotel after hotel, and all feels very safe. It’s a large place so it’s not a remote tropical paradise if you’re looking for that vibe, but for a big hotel in a commercial area right on the beach, it was great. "

"Great location, walking distance to Palm beach, Eagle beach, Butterfly farm. It is close to downtown for food, nightlife and shopping yet away from the noise and crowd to relax, unwind in a quiet and peaceful setting. You can see the big tall Riu palace hotel in the background from the hotel. Nice size room with a sitting area and balcony. Good selection for breakfast. Lovely pool, lounge area, Feel right at home for comfort. Be aware of the night club next door, it could get loud at night. AC in the room is loud. Had to turn it off some times to get a break from the noise. Overall, we like the hotel and enjoyed our stay."
