"We had a fabulous two night stay. Staff were wonderful throughout our stay, made us very welcome. Hôtel is charming and our room was spacious and can fault anything about it. One of the best places we stayed. Big shout out to Caroline who arranged for a little surprise for my husband and to the lovely lady who served us behind the bar. ( we didn’t get her name) We will definitely be coming back. "

No one to let us in the apartment when we arrived, beds almost on the floor & felt like sleeping downhill, ran out of hot water after 4 quick showers, and an unsecured door lock we didn't figure it could get worse. "I booked the Novotel months ago, this was changed to the Mercure but not by me weeks ago. I received the customary welcome email 24 hours before from the Mercure.
