"The staff from start to finish was super friendly. Room was on the smaller size (1 King) but you dont really need a bunch of room. We were upgraded to the 41st floor overlooking Times Square. This made for a fun time watching the action below. The proximity of the hotel is great. A short walk to Theatres and shopping. The room has drapes that worked really well in keeping light out of the room. There is some light white noise from the street (I imagine lower rooms were a bit noisier) but it was never an issue trying to sleep. "
