Sandy was amazing! As soon as I booked online, I received a text asking appropriate arrival time! She led us to our room and it was, clean and neat! In the bathroom there were all the toiletries you would need, including a few extras. The mini fridge had two bottles of water. She helped us with dining suggested that were perfect and how to get around by either team or walking. Then I asked about the water massage I saw a sign for and she helped with that too. There was a security guard at night too! Breakfast was light, but there was a wonderful place right off the property that was fantastic. The only negative was that the fee for a pet was a little high.

Loved our stay at this hidden little gem - right across the street from Mandalay Bay. The owners were friendly and accommodating. Check-in was easy - no lines, no waiting. The property is older but has been renovated. The unit was clean, simply decorated, and had everything we needed, including a mini fridge with two cold bottles of water waiting when we arrived. Loved walking from outside right into the unit. Always felt safe, especially with a security guard patrolling the parking lot every night. Was quiet at night, away from the crowds. Was adjacent to The Egg Shop, which was excellent for a quick and affordable breakfast. Could take breakfast over to the lovely and shaded zen garden at the property for more privacy. Easy walk to the free tram at Mandalay Bay, an easy 10 min walk to the iconic “Welcome to Las Vegas” sign, and a 10 min (at most) taxi ride to and from the airport. Would absolutely stay here again without hesitation!

The only thing I did not like was how dirty the floor was in the room. They had carpet on the floor which is fine, except when it hides how filthy the floor is. The sign on the front door says take your shoes off, we obeyed. When we walked around in our socks or bare feet they turn black. Other than that we really enjoyed the hotel. We were across the street from Mandalay Bay, which was what we wanted for taking our toddler to the Shark Reef. The room we stayed in was pretty. It was quiet and we had 24 hour security. This hotel is great if you want a more quiet, relaxed stay.

The people were so nice! Took a while to regulate the shower temp, had to have hot barely on while cold on all the way, very unusual. There was also a bug in the shower. I only saw one, killed and flushed. I would have appreciated a coffee maker in the room, they have it in the office but not until after 7am, not convenient when having to catch an early flight.

Small, Very private, clean new place right in front of the huge Mandalay Bay, nice views, easy private secured parking, good area close to the strip, and airport, quiet. Has a breakfast spot and souvenir store at the same lot, has a nice meditation patio, and hydro massage table in a super relaxed healing room, and it’s super pet friendly, we took two small yorkies, it had a pet relief area. Really cute! Support small business.

This is an older hotel but freshly and tastefully renovated. It is 3 minutes walk to mandalay bay and that’s why I chose it. It’s not fancy but the owner is very accommodating and friendly with complimentary coffee in concierge every morning.

I usually don't do reviews, but feel I need to let people know about this hidden Gem! Sandy is so nice, friendly and incredibly helpful! My wife and I were here for Twice at the Allegiant. For those going to concerts/games there, it is incredibly convenient, walk to the stoplight, cross the street and walk in a straight line for 15mins. The pinball hall of fame is on the same side of the street and under 15min walk. For those who have been to Las Vegas, you know everything is a walk. The only consideration I would give is for people who are light sleepers: street noises exist, (its Vegas) and I could hear the upstair folks walking at night, not a concern for folks who were raised in any downtown setting. I will definately come back again!
