"I love the Suncoast. There are great food choices and the rooms are spacious. My biggest complaint is that the sheets are like cardboard - always have been. I’ve been staying here for the past 20 years and there sheets have been awful the entire time. I was recently told they upgraded them - which I don’t believe for one second. If it wasn’t for the sheets this would be my favo"

"Property itself and amenities are good, the area around it is a little rough. Also, trying to find where the entrance is was a chore, then finding the check-in desk was too. Same with the pool. The exercise room is a joke. "

"Property was beautiful and very clean. Only problem we had was you can't buy a coffee or tea in the morning. Later discovered that if you cross the bridge to the California hotel, there's a coffee shop there. Got players card but then told had to get pin on at cashiers, so off I went there, however he said he was by himself so couldn't do so had to go to the California hotel players desk, however she said it should have been done at cashiers in main street, at this point I gave up"
