Couple of criticisms 1. Spa was v busy each time we went and water in the indoor spa pool and salt water pool could be hotter 2. Not enough reception staff. "It had no pool the so called family room was like a dungeon and the sun terrace was a few tables and chairs I also had to pay again on arrival because they had not paid the hotel, I will never use Expedia again de agents I spoke to about paying for our hotel offered me a 25€ voucher adding insult to injury, we arrived at the hotel with 3 tired child and unless we paid again we could not enter the room and refused to give me a refund to find another hotel do u plan on compensating me in some...
