as you said you booked from hotel.com and Rio was not informed for the same. still u got a chance to stay in another property while whole lansdowne was packed ,your stay was managed by owner.we were continously working for you guys, we were not defaulty as we were not informed and second rio was full on that date. sometimes we try hard to satisfy our valuable guest but not possible always due to lack of communication and mutual understanding.while we were arranging your stay and already provided all stuff which was OK OK as per you. there were alot of stuff to do with other guests and you were taking care by owner so no point to call you as he is very good and gentleman. we were taking follow uo for this with other staff. thank you
