"Globalement bien, y compris le restaurant. Je regrette que la clim ne fonctionne pas, contrairement à ce qui a été indiqué. Elle devait être mise en fonctionnement le lendemain... Evidemment. Mais, il faisait bien chaud dans les chambres. Donc, contrairement à ce qui est indiqué, il n'y pas de clim. Uniquement lorsque l'hôtel le décide ! Anormal."

"The bathroom was a bit too small and it could certainly benefit from having an air extractor. The were dead bugs in the window blind which would have been better not to have. Other then that, the staff was nice and helpful at all times."

"The mattress was comfortable enough but not when it overhangs the divan base by a huge amount such that you could fall off. The staff refused to acknowledge our complaint, dismissing it as normal to put a large double mattress over smaller twin bases. They even implied we had created the problem by moving the bases together ourselves. Terrible customer service! Generally the decor was tired and the room too small despite the Privilege category. "

"Please note that there is no dresser or bureau to put your clothes when taken out of the suit case. Fortunately, I had 2 twin beds and the unused bed became my "clothing staging area.""

"The most important thing is a clean bathroom. It was not cleaned and there were hairs stuck on the toilet and bath tub"

"The place is very tired…it rains and water cam in.. no plug for bath.. shower broke.. the were both partly fixed. Make sure you book a ground floor room!!"

"A very utilitarian hotel. Rooms small and basic, bathroom very basic, and shower overflowed. Didn’t try the food. The location isn’t great unless you’re staying to be near a hospital facility or business. The car parking didn’t have the impression of being very secure although nothing untoward happened. The one bonus was there was a door from the room straight to the garden which was not that attractive but very practical for my dogs. "
