"The music in the hallways are too loud. We had to request for it to be turned down twice - once outside our room and the other outside the business center. While ambience is important it should not invade rooms. However, housekeeping responded immediately each time in keeping with their overall excellence in response to guest needs."

All the staff were amazing, attentive, always smiling and went the extra mile to make everyone feel comfortable. I am already planning a return trip this time with my family.
