Meredith not only went above and beyond with my phone call but also when we arrived making sure our parking accommodations were met and met safely following up with texts and assisting with parking fee. "Two night winter get-away. The hotel is in a great location and within walking distance to restaurants and bars. It's right on the lake and main Lake George strip. The main hotel is clean and the staff were excellent including the restaurant/bar staff. A few minor quibbles include adding some technology updates in the rooms including USB and/or outlets near the beds. The suites could also benefit from a second TV in the sitting area. The mountain view side actually overlooks the parking lot. Overall, would definitely stay at this location and be sure to do the tour of the adjacent Fort William Henry--it has a lot of history."
