"Nuod was a great host. He was easy to work with and he personally assisted us with our requests. His staff is excellent. Service was great. They kept our room clean and tidy. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. "

"Dolarog Beach Resort is off the beaten path. The location is private, serene, and the most beautiful place I've ever visited. Our cabin/bungalow was literally 35 steps from the water and 35 steps away from the sea water pool. The views from this resort are beautiful. No matter where you are on the resort, you have a perfect view of the water and other islands. As the sun set in the evenings, the views kept improving every few minutes. I can't describe how beautiful the changes in light and color were. I would think that I had the perfect picture, then the light would change slightly or the sky would turn the a different shade of orange - making another perfect photo-op. The restaurant on site had a terrific menu and we enjoyed every drink, meal, and dessert during our stay. The resort staff was top notch and took care of every detail to ensure the perfect stay. I suggest taking a private tour of the other islands using the resort's speed boat. What an experience! I will definitely return."

"Our stay was fantastic, but with one caveat. The wait staff leaves much to be desired as far as being able to take and fulfill an order. Twice we had dinner at the hotel dining room and both times the wait staff made at least one error on the order and even forgot to place the order. And then once I ordered lunch at the beach and they didn’t bother to include utensils or napkins. Having said that, the entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is excellent."

"It was absolute perfection! This was our first time to the Phillippines, my suggestion is don’t stay in el nido town, stay your entire time at Cauayan, the hotel was incredible but the staff makes it a 10 star hotel. We were lucky enough to meet Gio, Cristian and Alrey from the pool bar, they were all so kind and welcoming, they make killer drinks and are always making sure you have the best time. Also look for Joy at the front desk, she will help with any issues you may have. Lastly , we truly enjoyed the service of Arniel at the restaurant, what a nice polite man. This hotel has a much better coral reef than any of the el nido tours, the beach is much more enjoyable than any el nido tours , so I highly recommend this place!!!!"

"I made a mistake booking this hotel. I thought it was Miniloc. But, I was pleasantly surprised and extremely happy with the customer service and persistent attention to details. Russel was super helpful. John was extremely cautious and careful in handling senior citizens during the lagoon tour. EJ was so pleasant during the welcome tour. Most of all, Mr James trained and managed his staff well. I will definitely be back with more guests. Highly recommend "

"I enjoyed my stay here. Clean room, nice view overlooking the pool, quiet. It is centrally located so you can walk around and the beach isn’t far from the property. Complimentary breakfast was decent. I would stay here again."
