"Perfect location directly across the road from the beach. Spacious unit and fully equipped kitchen made it easy and comfortable for our family of 4. Surf club down the road was good close option, but would have to drive for other dining options. We had an issue with a broken dvd remote, but after notifying the agent, they organised a new dvd player within the hour. Happy with that. Would stay here again for sure."

"The location was faultless & stepping from veranda into pool was fantastic. However, it doesn’t look like the floors in the unit ever see a mop & generally was very run down. The food was terrific in the restaurant but the service left a lot to be desired. The staff seemed to put more emphasis on putting menu & cutlery out than serving the waiting guests. 3 times in a matter of hours 2 seperate bar staff looked right at me waiting, not only did they continue but then walked right past me...

"When we arrived we were shown to an awful room at the back of the hotel, it looked like the safety latch had been smashed off. It had no cooking facilities. We requested an upgrade and paid an extra 50 dollars. We moved into this room which was much better, unpacked then noticed a big hole beside the door… we then moved again, just to next door. "Luxury beachfront hotel where you can walk for miles along the magnificent Mission Beach shoreline. Ideally located near the stinger net for swimming at the beach during the stinger season and within walkable distance to nearby alternative dining options. Gorgeous, refurbished pool to cool off in and plenty of comfy seating areas to gaze out to the views of Dunk Island. Most importantly the staff are attentive and super friendly!"
