The two staff members at the front Desk, Marlene and Rubio were very helpful, informative, efficient, friendly and excellent. Gabriella who was the Continental Breakfast chef prepared an incredible breakfast feast for everyone in the morning. She had a very friendly smile, disposition, and nature. My housekeeper, Bascilia, was very patient with me for requesting a late check out time. My room was excellent upon my arrival.
