"We moved to this hotel last minute due to an unfortunate (previous) night at a nearby hotel. We needed a good nights sleep and found this hotel which had one room available. While we lost money in this change (as we had already paid for the other hotel room) it was well worth it!! Room was spacious and the king bed was heavenly!! "As a long time user of this hotel they should start to look into making the bar and restaurant area more attractive and up-to-date, it is somehow sad stepping into the bar and the restaurant. The staff should also undergo a repeat training of smiling and being courteous. The reception staff were great"
