Our 2 year old got the same breakfast everyday (Rice and same miso soup). To change a kids menu one had to pay. Even our breakfast was just 2 kinds..alternating!! Was good but a different menus would be nice. We stayed for 6 nights with breakfast incl. For 2/3 nights stay is a good hotel..if longer then would recommend without breakfast.

Xiaoyun

The hotel is very new and comfortable. It has the best breakfast during our trip in Japan. The location is close to many attractions, and a convenient store crosses street; however, it was too hot to walk in August, so walking to attractions is almost impossible. We used Uber and taxi, each trip is about $3-$4, very convenient and affordable. The only issue we had is our booking change via Expedia. We booked three rooms and made requests to check out one day earlier in two months in advance. However, we only got refund for 2 out of 3 rooms, and hotel refused to refund us the 3rd room. There is a communication issue between the hotel and Expedia. We hope we will get out refund soon.

京都河原町から徒歩圏内、バス停も目の前で立地がとても良かったです。 鴨川側のお部屋だったので、窓からの景色もちょうどいい感じです。 チェックイン、チェックアウト前後も荷物を預かってくれるのがとても助かります！身軽にお出掛けできました。 館内はとても綺麗。廊下はかなり冷房が効いていましたが、お部屋の中は好きに温度調整できます。 ベッド、アメニティも十分。パジャマが上下セパレートなのも嬉しかったです。 充電ケーブルまで用意されてあります。 何より、湯船と洗い場が別なのが良かった！ 歩き疲れた足をゆっくりほぐすことが出来ました。水圧もしっかりあり、明るく気持ちいいお風呂でした。 また泊まりたいです。
