"Communications was a nightmare. We had to work through what was probably a managing agent whose communications was intermittent. Check-in was late (I understand that there was probably a lack of cleaning personnel); with little updates. Facilities at the condo was very good, but the condos themselves were small, under-maintained and the 3 room apartment included a converted study area with no door posing as one of the bedrooms. "

Wonderful stay , definitely will return

"I stayed in a three-bedroom apartment and everything was generally in order. I reported these through the QR code and most of the issues were promptly resolved. Additionally, my child accidentally peed on the bed and when I informed the staff, they were very understanding and did not charge me for cleaning. The apartment also had a washer-dryer which was extremely useful. Parking was plentiful and free which was a great convenience. Overall, I highly recommend this place and would love to return again!"
