We were on our own trying to figure out an another accomodation at 10pm with two little kids and 2 old aged people. After all the chaos hotels.com denied refund of 10k inr saying they werent able to get i touch with the property manger. Never ever booking on hotels.com"

"We were the only "European" tourists staying in the hotel but were made to feel very welcome. The food was excellent and while relatively expensive compared to some of the local restaurants still very good value. Only down side is that if they have a wedding etc on it can be noisy in the garden rooms and the pool/pool area can be out of use."
